Once you have submitted your interest we will confirm availability and forward payment details. A deposit or commencement of payment plan is usually required within two weeks of booking. If you require longer than this, no problem just let us know. 

Tibetan Buddhism Retreat 2020

  • We require your legal name to book internal flights in India. Two of your three names must be correct for you to be able to board the plane.
  • Make sure your passport has at least 6 months validity past arrival date to the country.
  • If you do not have a friend to share with we will do our best to find you a suitable roommate however please understand that if this is not possible the single room rate will apply. We hope you understand. *If seeking a twinshare room please disclose if you are a smoker, snorer, wear a CPAP machine when sleeping, or anything that could impact on sharing a room with someone else.
  • We want to ensure your expectations are met and or exceeded. Although this retreat is a great reminder of Buddhist fundamentals it is aimed at people with a beginners curious mind. As is the yoga and meditation.
    There is an optional half day hiking tour in the mountains
  • Please check your expectations against the daily itinerary. We have provided a daily outline of activities so you know exactly what to expect. If you are hoping for something that is not included in the itinerary please discuss this with us so we can alleviate any disappointment.

Cancellation Policy

This retreat has a $500 non-refundable deposit up to 30 days before the start of the retreat. From 30 days to the start of the retreat there is a $1000 cancellation fee. The entire amount of your retreat is retained once the retreat has commenced.

Payment of your deposit indicates your agreement to the cancellation policy.

It is essential all guests take out their own travel insurance and to travel with a credit card in case of emergencies.  Guests need to tell their bank they are travelling to India so that the bank allows them to use their card there.
