See Change Retreats in partnership with Vibrant Women: This retreat will replenish and nourish your body, mind and soul, gently guided by Angie in a supportive sacred space.  You will slow down, set your intention for the week together and embrace the space with other like minded women.  The hope is that you will leave feeling fulfilled, refreshed and have some ‘tools’ to help you remain grounded and focus on yourself.

See Change Retreats in partnership with Vibrant Women: You don’t have to fly all the way to Latin America for a tropical island salsa holiday …. This retreat includes daily lessons of salsa and bachata with dance instructor, Made Lasia. Combining pampering and cultural activities, we indulge in a 4 hour spa treatment, take walks in the rice paddies, attend optional yoga classes, participate in a spiritual experience when we visit the water temple for purification, take a sightseeing tour of Ubud, and last but not least participate in an Agni Hotra fire ceremony and 3 course raw food dinner at Five Elements.
