You have two payment options for this trip. To pay a $500 deposit and the remainder two months prior to the start of the retreat or to organise a payment plan. (If you are attending more than one trip we will send you further details about payment options on receiving your registration form)

Payment Plans

To commence a payment plan please use the buttons below once you have completed your reservation form and received confirmation that a place is available for you.

Payment Plans are divided into even monthly payments and calculated in AUD. Payment plans are programmed to complete two months prior to the start of the retreat. Incurs a $100 admin fee calculated into the price.

Cancellation Policy

Up until 60 days before the start of the retreat A $500 non refundable deposit will be retrained for between 60 and 30 days $1000 will will be forfeited, for less than 30 days or for no shows $1500AUD will be retained as we would have already had to pay for accommodation, transport and activities, this money will not be returned to us, this is why travel insurance is compulsory.

Terms and Conditions

Retreat participants assume complete and full responsibility for, and hereby release Vibrant Women, Tammie Day and the employees or anyone involved in supplying any services during the length of the proposed travel.

Vibrant Women and Tammie Day, shall not be responsible for any injuries, losses or damages in connection with accommodations, other facilities at the accommodations, ground transportation, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, Acts of God, delays, changes or cancellation of travel due to weather conditions, accidents or health related problems during a retreat and while in-transit to (e.g., an accident on the way to a tour), during, and after a tour, unless such injuries, losses or damages are due to the negligence or willful misconduct of Vibrant Women or Tammie Day .

It is the travellers responsibility to obtain appropriate travel insurance coverage against these risks, we strongly recommend you do this.

If travel plans are delayed or cancelled for any reason there will be no refunds issued by Vibrant Women or Tammie Day except as stated herein.

Vibrant Women and Tammie Day are not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips by a guest such as airline tickets or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness.

Cancellation by Vibrant Women,

Vibrant Women will do its utmost to maintain its standard of never cancelling a retreat, but if for some unforeseen reason Vibrant Women were to ever cancel a retreat, guests are welcome to move trip dates or their payment would be refunded in full.

Payment of your deposit indicates your agreement to the cancellation policy.

It is essential all guests take out their own travel insurance and to travel with a credit card in case of emergencies.  Guests need to tell their bank they are travelling to Morocco so that the bank allows them to use their card there.

Please make sure you have free pages in your passport and that your passport is current.
