Once you have submitted your interest you will be forwarded payment details. Deposits are usually required within two weeks of registration. If you require longer than this please just let us know. 

Ancient Egypt Registration Form

  • Please fill in your name as it is written on your passport, we require this to book your internal flights. Two of the three names must be correct for you to board the plane.
  • *If nominating twinshare please disclose if you are a smoker, snorer, wear a CPAP machine when sleeping, or anything that could impact on sharing a room with someone else.
  • If you do not have a friend in mind to share with we will do our best to find you a suitable roommate. Please not however that if this is not possible the single roommate will apply. We hope you understand.
    Please be aware this incurs a $100 administration fee
    We have trips to Morocco planned for before our Egypt trip as it is only a few hours flight and since we are going so far it is nice to value add if time and finances permit. and you can also a 3 night extension to Jordan for after the Egypt tour.
  • *Please note that complex dietary requirements cannot be accommodated on this trip. If it is something you can manage yourself that is fine.
    There is lots of walking, up to 5km some days. Many uneven footpaths and cobblestone roads as well as steep and uneven stairs and getting on and off boats. You require excellent mobility, proper walking shoes and a good level of fitness to attend this trip.
  • Please check your expectations against the daily itinerary. We have provided a daily outline of activities so you know exactly what to expect. If you are hoping for something that is not included in the itinerary please discuss this with us so we can alleviate any disappointment.

Payment Options

A $750AUD non refundable, non-transferable deposit will secure your place on this retreat. This deposit of $750AUD is non refundable and non-transferable which is why travel insurance is compulsory. The remainder is to be paid two months prior to the start of the retreat. Alternatively you can arrange a payment plan. Please see your options below. 

Cancellation Policy

Up until 75 days before the start of the tour a $750 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit will be retained.  For between 75 days and 45 days,  50% of monies in addition to the non-refundable, non-transferable deposit will be forfeited.  For less than 45 days or for no shows the entire amount will be retained as we would have already had to pay for accommodation, transport, flights and activities, and this money will not be returned to us.  Once the tour has commenced no monies will be returned to you.  This is why travel insurance is compulsory.
