Lesbian Retreat Port Douglas – June 2012

Port Douglas Retreat for Same Sex Attracted Women

with Tammie Day

16 – 21st of  June 2012

Far away there in the sunshine are my highest aspirations. I may not reach them, but I can look up and see their beauty, believe in them, and try to follow where they lead” . ~ Lousia May Alcott ~

This year prepare yourself for ‘lotska’, what the Russians call ‘the winter sleep’ by taking time out for yourself – to relax, reflect, reconnect and revitalise. Five days of self-care and stress relief, away from everyday pressures and responsibilities. Prepare yourself for hibernation by learning to still your mind and body. Participate in a balanced program of yoga, meditation, massage and personal growth, with plenty of free time by the pool and outings exploring this beautiful tropical paradise. Leave the retreat with your vital energy and balance restored!
